Domino's Pizza - Clearwater

My first time in over 20 years. I'm a tough pizzeria fan...Domino's surprised me, they've come far.

Location looks great and the employees are great as well, sadly the pizzas aren't, at least the one I ate.

It used to be so much better. After the new owner took over, delivery fees went up making it harder to tip the drivers. Everyone is feeling financial strain these days and it all rolls down hill to those of us who are struggling to survive.One time when I went to pick up car side delivery, they gave me the wrong pizza. I had to come all the way back to get the right one. There was no compensation for my gas or time. Not only that, but the last two times I ordered the marble brownie, it has been undercooked and gooey. I spoke with the manager about it and she said they had changed the recipe. Ok… Did she offer to compensate for my dissatisfaction? Nope… even as I continued to talk about how unsatisfied I was and concerned that others would feel the same way. Her only suggestion was to let them know I wanted it cooked a little longer. I always order through the app. There is no option for that. I shouldn’t have to call in every time and wait on hold to ask them to properly prepare a dish. If you know the recipe change causes an issue, FIX IT! Who wants an undercooked brownie??!! ??‍Why is it becoming okay to underserved your customers? Did you forget that we can make or break you? I can choose not to use this location, so that is my only solution.

Long story short, They tried to serve me cheese bread that fell on the floor! Had I not been there to see it with my own eyes I wouldn't have believed it myself! The guy dusting the cheese bread off didn't know i was a walk in customer and that was my bread! He boxed it up and everything! Then the girl getting pizza out of oven was stuffing her mouth full of brownie while working on cutting my pizza! All I wanted was a quick easy meal for my family while we were visiting Clearwater before we headed back home from our vacation. Ill never visit this place again!

I order here all the time. But tonight a young lady Wendy went over and beyond for my family and I and I want her to know I really appreciate it. Thanks to all of you.
