Domino's Pizza - Clearwater

Location looks great and the employees are great as well, sadly the pizzas aren't, at least the one I ate.

The service was slow, and even though I was given a pickup time online, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my pizza. Unfortunately, it wasn't very good either.

The waiting time was only supposed to be 30 to 40 minutes, but it took over an hour for me to receive a cold pizza and a lukewarm soda. I felt like I wasted $20. I'm also relieved that the driver didn’t take the tip I left at the door, as they appeared to be lost during the delivery. The tracking made it seem like they didn’t know where they were going.

I ordered a medium pizza from Domino's today and was quite disappointed. It was much smaller than I remember, and the price has increased to over $13. The pepperoni half had very few pepperonis on it, and it was extremely salty. Overall, not a great experience.

My first time in over 20 years. I'm a tough pizzeria fan...Domino's surprised me, they've come far.
