It was just okay. The staff taking orders don't pay attention while speaking at the window and tend to blame others, which is unprofessional. As for parking, it's quite limited and chaotic, with the line extending around the building. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

Hecht. The food used to be good at this place, but recently, especially on September 22nd, things have taken a turn for the worse. I waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes just to pay for my order. They forgot my coffee, and I had to remind them what I wanted. I watched the guy make it, but he spilled a lot of it while trying to put the lid on, and when I finally took a sip, it wasn't even my order. When I went back inside, I noticed that the people in line were frustrated, saying, “That’s what they said 10 minutes ago.” Additionally, someone forgot their card in the drive-thru, and the employee had to dash into the parking lot to return it. It's such a mess in there. It would also help if they put the order sticker on the coffee cups to avoid getting the orders mixed up.

The staff at the restaurant were exceptionally nice, helpful, and friendly. They made great coffee and delicious donuts!

This dunkin donuts has a bad transit service I've ever seen. I don't roast places in the rule in reviews, but that's stupid. the afternoon at 2 I went through the drive and said to wait. waited a few minutes before I decided to just walk in. continue to find that there is only one car in front of me. So I'm waiting for them to go, and then they go in to find four employees, all with through headsets. 4 employees and a car? it is not impossible to treat a second car. you can do better.

Worst du kin ever. Slow staff and never make anything right. Ordered sausage egg and cheese, receipt said sausage but the food I received was becon.... coffee tastes like they reuse the same coffee grains multiple times to save money as it's always watered down and when ask for specific directions they can't make it right ever. You can tell them 3 milks they will put 6.
