Dunkin' - Clearwater

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the service was very fast. The restaurant was clean, but there were only a few chairs and tables inside, along with one outside for seating. You also have the option to order online.

The elderly lady seemed a bit overwhelmed and ended up getting my order wrong. When I tried to explain the mistake to the young Latina employee, she was dismissive and didn’t pay me any attention. Fortunately, a young man in a hat, who appears to be managing the place, quickly resolved the issue. He’s doing a great job, especially considering the challenges of working with the staff. I do appreciate the complimentary donut, though!

This Dunkin' has received some negative feedback from complaining tourists, but I consistently enjoy a great cup of coffee here. (I tip generously!) The interior is quite small, with limited space to walk to the bathroom—there are only about four tables inside and a few outside. They seem to have a high turnover rate with employees, so service can be inconsistent on Sunday mornings. However, if you're in Clearwater Beach, give them a chance and grab a hot cup of joe!

This place is convenient, there is a bit of a long line because of this. the place is a little dirty, and the service is a little abrupt. I ordered the breakfast sandwich, and it was good and came out relatively quickly. i did kind of get sick afterwards, but not sure i can definitely attribute it to Dunkin. My husband convinced me to give this a 4 star as he ordered 6 donuts, and said that this is what you expect of a Dunkin'. He asked me if I would go back, and I said yeah. I wouldn't order the sourdough breakfast sandwich again though. So 4 stars it is.

The most disgusting dirty DD ever !! And service was atrocious!! One kid behind counter and a woman who took our order and disappeared!! After waiting 10 minutes for 2 coffees the moron then says we have no milk !! YOUR A COFFEE SHOP HOW DONYIU NOT HAVE MILK !! The donut sucked too !! Your only job is to make coffee and donuts and you failed at both !! STORE SHOULD BE CLOSED !!
