I received a plastic spoon for my suppe and salate. I shouldn't have to chase serviettes. I had to ask for a cup too. again the team is overwhelmed. they need help.
Panera has gone down in their standards over the years and it?s so sad. This location is by far the dirtiest I have ever been to. Panera used to have a standard of cleanliness in the dining room, booths used to look polished, tables wiped and floors moped. The drink dispensers look like they haven?t been cleaned in months and the whole place reeks of mold. It?s so disappointing because I used to love coming but now I wouldn?t come in unless I brought my own cleaning supplies.
The customer service was not the largest. the layout of the restaurant makes it incredibly crowded at the entrance. the kiosks are the worst, the scheibera must repair them and make them so that everyone gets a quitting after the payment instead of getting after the food. I ordered a drink, got no quitting, all drinks are served themselves, so they still have to go the cash register and they could think they steal because they have no quitting. they have to give this proof of purchase after the customer not only pays after receiving his food. what happens if they don't make her eat, then they don't have proof that they have paid for? even if the drink is bad, how can I get a refund if they don't give me a reception?
Beautiful clean and well illuminated place w/ really good coffee! I only wish they had the coffee saucers and lids more accessible, but I think there is a reason why they have to ask behind theke! good place to have a quiet work meeting.
This is not my first problem with order correction in this store. But yesterday I ordered a breakfast sandwich online and went to pick it up. When I came home, I found the breakfast sandwich missing the egg. For a breakfast sandwich. So I called the store... no answer. The phone rings. I tried the same result again. This store is not busy (I was just there) and I'm calling the number on the website. So I'm a little miffed and I decide to call the company office. They apologise for my experience and tell me that they 'll contact the owner/manager who call on my complaint with an email or email. Well, one day later, I didn't receive. I will not visit this particular Panera again for a while!
