Contribuisci feedbackI ordered a latte with whipped cream two times from this place, and both times the cup was mostly filled with whipped cream, leaving very little liquid. When I brought this up, the barista was quite confrontational. The manager was no better. I definitely would not recommend visiting this location!
My wife and I were about to hit the road for a long trip, and I wanted something to drink. I used the mobile app to order a decaf mocha frappuccino. It was prepared quickly and tasted just right.
The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, but be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes for a drink. As a former Starbucks employee, I was quite disappointed with the customer service, particularly the lack of staff at this location. After waiting 23 minutes for my drink—note that once you're in the drive-thru, there's no getting out unless you have a Jeep or a truck to navigate the high curbs—I approached the window, but wasn't greeted; instead, I was merely told to wait. From my own experience, I know things can get hectic at drive-thrus, but there should be some acknowledgment of the wait, as well as the option for a recovery card or a refund for my drink.
Overpriced. Can get a better coffee at Dunkin Donuts
I absolutely love when I get to order with Kim. She is always EXTREMELY kind, calls me by name always has a smile on her face. She is an absolute JOY!!! Thank you for always making my visits positive, Kim!!!
