Steak 'n Shake - Clearwater

I recently visited a Steak and Shake where I was impressed by the manager, Jeremy. He is truly the most customer service-oriented leader I've encountered in a long time. I only waited for about five minutes in the lobby before someone took my order, and to my surprise, Jeremy offered me a complimentary milkshake. This kind of customer service is hard to find these days! I highly recommend this Steak and Shake to anyone looking for a great experience. I believe Jeremy has created an environment that truly makes the visit worthwhile.

Steak 'n Shake is one of the few remaining places to enjoy quality beef in the fast food scene. It's a gem that you can't help but love.

Recently, I've leaned towards using the drive-thru or ordering via Uber Eats due to these issues. The last time I visited the drive-thru, it took almost 20 minutes to receive our order, and they forgot several items. A few days ago, we ordered through Uber Eats, and they neglected to include our drinks. I try to be understanding when mistakes happen, but each recent visit or order seems to involve forgetting something or staff members appearing annoyed when we raise a concern. With so many other places offering quality food without these hassles, I may consider other options in the future.

Good food, great prices. Excellent service. No interiors because of Covid-19, they have picnic table in the parking lot. I'll go back there. About the Countryside Mall on the north side of 580.

I LOVE Steak n? Shake, but this location is having a difficult time completing orders through the app now that the dining room is closed. Don?t bother doing pickup! Just use the drive thru. I?ve order 3 times in the last month and had to go inside to get my order because they never brought it to my vehicle. I got my food 15 minutes after my food was marked completed on both occasions. On the third occasion, I marked that I was here 3 different times in the app and never received my order. After 10 minutes, I went inside and was told that ?they were trying to find my order.? Then the employee said she gave it to someone in one of the parking spaces, but clearly not to me! I?m happy she apologized and offered to remake my food, but please use caution and order through the drive thru. Ordering through the app will NOT save you any time. Got here at 7:01pm for my order and didn?t leave until 7:27pm with it.
