Teriyaki Madness - Clearwater

I went to the restaurant on 19 in Clearwater on my way home to Brandon. I ordered three bowls; a regular Teriyaki Breast bowl, a regular Orange Chicken bowl, and a large Teriyaki Breast bowl. To my surprise when I got home, I received some other type of large chicken bowl that was not the Teriyaki Breast that I asked for. When I tried to call the restaurant several times, no one answers. I normally have a good experience when I go there but this time it was terrible.

So, I picked up my son from school today...and I ordered him dinner from this location because this is where we normally pick up...and they charge me for his dinner. I get to the location just to see the entire location getting cleaned up and remodeled and the girls that were in there were like we are closed for remodeling I 'm like what? Then why was I charged on my card to pick up at this location ? And the girl had an attitude and said I 'm not sure but you 're gonna have to check with the ulmerton location like wth! That 's way out of my way! I called the Ulmerton location and luckily Daniel was very kind and understanding, he took down my information and said he will speak to his Manager Mike about the situation so I can get reimbursed. Still...now I have to figure out wth to get my son for dinner and he has to wait. All I know is that I hope I get my money back .or I will be forced to contact corporate.

Stopped by on 10/31/23 at 1:00pm. Handwritten sign on door just said closed . It 's the last straw with this place. Staff is always borderline rude, dining room filthy and all that dense plastic going straight into the trash for dine in service just makes me feel guilty anyway.

Great place but have went here a few times this week and there is a sign on the door saying they are closed. No matter what time i have called etc wanted to do a catering order but had to make other
