Tijuana Flats - Clearwater

I was thrilled to see the hot sauce bar open again after being closed for a while due to COVID. Our service was fantastic, and the environment was clean. Now, let's talk about our meals. We ordered the nachos and the taco salad. The nachos received rave reviews from my companions, and the portion size was quite generous. As for the taco salad, I was pleased that it didn't come in a taco bowl, making it a safe option for me since I follow a gluten-free diet. They have significantly improved their fresh salsa, which was excellent. My salad was fresh and tasty, but I would have preferred more lettuce, as there wasn’t much in it. This is why I gave four stars instead of five. Some people might enjoy having less greens and more toppings, but I really like my greens, which is why I chose a salad in the first place. Overall, it was a great experience, and I look forward to enjoying this restaurant again in the future.

Excellent service and meal, as always. I tried the shrimp bowl and was truly impressed by the generous portion of shrimp and toppings. The variety of hot sauce options always presents a fun challenge to test our heat tolerance.

We really enjoy Tijuana Flats, especially on Taco Tuesday. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is fantastic, and the staff is very friendly!

Great double stacked tacos which i get every time come with a side of seasoned chips, dine in or take out available. Great food and drink at this location.

Usually only dine or takeout on Tuesdays for special. But... take note. By saving a few dollars you do balance with extra long wait times and 50% of time order not exactly correct. Yea its true. Little things like adding topping you don't want or soft instead of hard shell. Its important to get a receipt and check it. When they're busy it could entered wrong.
