Was only overnight for a job meeting, but the staff was not only polite, but friendly. the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, A/C so quiet I was not sure it was on but it worked super. my favorite was the big walkable shower. I'm big, but there was a lot of room and no whimpering shower curtain. because this was for work, I did not enjoy all available amenities, but besides what the hotel offers, they are also just a few minutes walk from several good restaurants
Great hotel, beautiful room, balcony with great view, clean. Staff was very friendly and housekeeping service was excellent, turn down service with chocolates every night. Nice fitness center. Be aware of $35 valet parking per night if you bring a car $35 per day resort fee which also gets taxed, but it covers free chairs umbrella on the beach every day. Can 't beat the location, would definitely recommend
This hotel was wonderful. Everything looked clean and new and was very well-maintained. Every person we talked to at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Our room was cold and comfortable, and I loved that not only could we see the pool, but we also had a view of the Gulf. We had a drink at the bar and the staff there was excellent. My drink, the Cucumber Aku Aku with gin, peach liquor, fresh lime, pineapple, cucumber and mint, was strong and outstanding, and I have the recipe to try and make it at home. We took advantage of the buffet brunch the hotel offered at it's Ocean Hai restaurant, which was $25, but included a mimosa, omelet bar, and plenty of delicious breakfast offerings. The gym had great equipment, including multiple treadmills and elliptical machines, as well as free weights, and was clean with plenty of towels and water. Finally, if you stay at this hotel, you get two free chairs and an umbrella on the beach included, or you can pay $10 more and get a cabana, which is what we did. Perfect! The only not great things I would say are 1) the pool area, which was super small and thus crowded for a hotel of this size. And 2) the valet, which seemed *very* disorganized, and took forever to have your car come out. Allocate yourself plenty of time to get your car if you have to some place to be. I really enjoyed my stay here, and hope to come back again for a longer period of time.
The beds are so uncomfortable and the AC won't cool down. We are on a bay side room and the band at the bar across the street is so loud, they are going well past midnight and it's super loud. The property is really beautiful and located centrally to all things Clearwater Beach but I can't sleep so we would not stay here again.
