Lovely staff and delicious cocktails : 2 4 1 is a real deal

Waited ages to get service at the bar as bartenders didn't acknowledge who was next, I waited over 25 minutes and nearly left, atmosphere here was ok and despite the slow service bar staff, doormen etc were all very friendly. Price per person: £30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

We called for a drink after our meal. We ordered 3 drinks, 2 merlot wines and a soft drink. The wine was really awful so we were unable to drink it. We said could we order the next merlot down and pay the difference. The bar girl was lovely and helpful. She asked the manager he said they didn't have that one so we changed to cabernet, the girl offered to let us try it and it was much better. The manager snatched our old glasses and the sample away. The band came on and were brilliant, we were going to stay for the next set but the rude manager came over and snatched our unfinished glasses away so we left. This is the first bad review I have EVER left. He was so rude

Never been in before, looks a nice place, went in with my disabled wife, and will never go ever again as we left. Waited at the bar, staff was aware I was waiting, then severed 2 people that had just walked up to the bar, the side of the bar stepping over the rope barrier that had been put in place, and that was the staff member who knew I was waiting. Your loss never again, obviously you didn't need my trade at all, so you will not get it in the future.

We went to here for my birthday had a cocktail experience, grant the bar man was excellent. The place was brilliant had a great time fantastic atmosphere. Thank you so much grant for making our day so special.
