We have been ordering from this restaurant for almost 3 years, and there has always been something wrong with our orders. Despite the rude service, we enjoyed the food enough to continue ordering. Today, I specifically asked for the garlic knots not to be burned, but they were burnt along with the zucchini. When I called to speak with the manager or owner, I was met with more rudeness and excuses. I was told that they were too busy to do anything about it. After years of spending our hard-earned money here, this will be the last time. I wasn't even offered a replacement for the cheesecake I had paid for. The service was terrible, and I had to hang up before saying something inappropriate in front of my children.

This restaurant is amazing, to say the least. The service is fast and the atmosphere is comfortable. The food is always delicious. Keep up the great work, Bella! Arcadia loves and needs you.

The wings at this restaurant are exceptional! Unlike other places that sell wings, they do not tack on an extra $15 for them.

The first time I ordered from Bellas it was really good on Sept 15 2021 I got the linguine with white clam sauce and it was very good it tasted like my grandma's then I ordered on September 29th 2021 and it tasted like they put Italian dressing on my garlic bread and in my linguine it tasted horrible no onions or peppers or Parmesan cheese this time either so I took pictures for proof when I try to call Bella's to get a refund and to figure out why the bad sauce they acted like they cant do anything about it and we would just have to order from them again I said I am not going to order again because of the dramatic changes in the food and they acted like they cant do anything about it and was acting not to be rude but unknowledgeable on how to help unsatisfied customers

Next buffalo wings I've had in a while! I'm in love!
