Furious!!! I 've never been to this particular store previously and unless this issue is satisfactorily taken care of, I will never return. I drove 22 minutes to grab breakfast amid a crazy day. I sat in line for 10 minutes, I ordered TWO breakfast CHICKEN burritos, hold the hash browns, then had to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to finish/deliver my order. At this point, I have over 40 minutes of my precious time invested in this breakfast. I get to my destination two hours later ready to eat one of the burritos and as I opened it to add salsa, I see BACON!!! I don 't eat pork or red meat! Open the other... BACON!!Checking the order label, the cashier got it right, it was the kitchen that screwed it up!I attempted to call the number listed on their website but on half a dozen attempts, I received the Verizon Wireless number is not accepting calls.1) I want my money back2) I want a gift card to sufficiently cover my time lost and overall hassle (I 've just wasted another 30 minutes)3) I want a manager to provide me a valid telephone number so we can resolve this matter
An employee was rude to me and assumed I didn't pay when my friend already payed for my order. She called me out in front of everyone which was embarrassing for me. I didn't expect this sort of behavior from Chick-fil-A.
I am glad we have ChickfilA at Clemson University. Its the place we students look forward to for lunch or other options. Milkshakes are pretty good too. I like the variety of chicken sandwiches they sell and its budget friendly. Definitely recommend dining if you are at the University.
