I have been a consistent customer for 3 years because of the convenientness of my work. every time the waiting period is 15 minutes or more through the trip thru. the trip thru intercom is terrible. it works either, does not work or has bad quality when talking to the associate. I am honestly surprised by the positive reviews.

The place is well furnished and good to hang. People are friendly. they never seem to get our order right. it's a 50/50 when we get what we ordered, and we paid for drinks several times without getting what we asked. either the lack of knowing or the care of our wrong orders is frustrating.

Great loading. had to put some time on the computer. good acapulco latte fresh bananas also they gave me more steamed milk only asking from me. kudos. really good service!

Free air space filled with plants and has really good coffee.

Always a wonderful experience, consistently good coffee with lots of options and friendly staff. Perfect environment for studying (thanks to the numerous outlets for charging convenient location, and a great place to stop for breakfast or lunch. Highly recommend!
