Waffle House - Clemson

The food was excellent. While the floors could use some attention and the building could benefit from some updates, the staff puts in a lot of effort.

You can tell it's a decent waffle house when it earns a solid three-star rating. After all, they're all pretty much the same, especially when you visit at 3 AM after a night out.

Wow! This place has changed so much! It was extremely cold today! With the temperature outside at 52 degrees, the air conditioning was running full blast, making for an unpleasant experience. The food went cold within minutes, and we couldn't even finish half of it. The staff was very apologetic, but unfortunately, they couldn't do anything to resolve the situation. The coffee was hot, but it didn’t stay that way because the fans were blowing directly on us. We might as well have just taken it to go. It’ll be a while before we decide to come back.

Awesomefood, our waitress, Shannon, was amazing. We went out of the central location and drove 40 minutes extra. It was worth the ride. Central must take lessons from Seneca.

I asked for extra dark waffles and they were just barely cooked. I like for all food to be served together. Instead, my eggs were brought to me several minutes before I got waffle. Coffee was not hot and creamers were spoiled. Waitress was not very friendly. This was worst experience I've ever had at a waffle house.
