So my partner and I have hunted a good Indian food, but we haven't felt like driving far. we are made of pittsboro and have found this inconceivable hidden gem.
While I cannot talk about the interior of the restaurant itself (as I have ordered about a delivery app), I can say that their food is phenomenal! I ordered it.
I found this place on the other day. it sits back on the road, so it's easy to drive, even if I live very close. sadly, I found it out today, they will close. I'm sure the location is the problem because eating is the best Indian eating I had. if it's not too late and they get a chance to try them before they close, they should definitely do that. the food is only executed or delivered. they make it fresh to order and the seasoned and quality are amazing! the customer service and the people who lead the place are also, top notch, very friendly people. Hopefully they will not be closed long and will quickly find a new spot with a better look at the traffic.
Just ordered takeout at Bombay Masala. Amazing taste, deep flavors that were fresh and not oily at all, and the portion sizes were plentiful. The only drawback is that they skimp on the amount of chicken in butter chicken and I had just 3 malai koftas (cheese balls) in a whole lot of gravy, felt like I got the short end of the stick there. Hence docking a star.
