Chili's Grill - Clermont

OLDER: Not a bad spot. Decent happy hour with smaller glasses. Great bartenders but this location is never really lively or packed, in my experience.Seems to be an older crowd that hangs there. Or families coming for food, obviously. Food always hits the spot though!

Got here at a low time around 1:15 in the afternoon, waited at the hostess stand for 5 minutes for anyone to show up. In that time saw no servers at any table, or the hostess. Decided if they were that understaffed, would be better to go elsewhere so left.

HORRIBLE SERVICE at this location! If you’re Black or Latino, get ready to feel the racism! I can’t believe we’re still dealing with such ignorance! Place smells and is full of MOLD! Look up the ceiling and check out the air vents super dirty and that speaks volume when is a food place. Disgusting!Parking: The only good thing here is the FREE PARKING

If I could leave ZERO stars I would! Horrible customer service EVER! My family and I were sitting there for 40 minutes and never got a glass of water or appetizer NOTHING was served and we even asked our waiter twice and nothing is like they don’t want to serve! Ridiculous! Plus it smells bad and a whole bunch of tables with dirty dishes, save yourself a headache and a huge disappointment. Don’t go there!
