Our server, Shin, was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed—nothing was too much trouble. Today, we had burgers, ribs, corn on the cob, and chicken strips. For dessert, the group chose the molten lava cake and the cookie counter, both of which were a hit. All in all, it was a fantastic outing for the family, and we will definitely be back!
I had a wonderful experience! The restaurant was clean, and the staff was very friendly. My food arrived quickly and was absolutely delicious.
It took us another 10 minutes to drive home, and when I took my meal out of the bag, it was still steaming. I quickly realized that my baked seafood and pasta were perfectly cooked. I can’t even begin to describe how wonderful it tasted! My sister raved about her ribs, saying they were fantastic. She also thought the loaded potatoes were even better than she remembered, and her salad was cooked just right. My baked seafood dish was overflowing with shrimp and crab meat, mixed with pasta, Alfredo sauce, green onions, and red bell peppers. One bite, and my mouth was bursting with delicious flavors. The only downside was the Mexican rice; it didn’t taste very authentic. It seemed more like slightly undercooked white rice with just a hint of seasoning. The black beans were also a bit off—reminding me of black eyeballs! Since I wasn’t a fan of the rice, I decided to mix it with the black beans, and it made a world of difference. Suddenly, I had a delightful black bean and rice bowl, and my dinner was saved!
Pretty simple. nothing special. we had to wait 15min to sit. average service and standard food. I ordered a chicken sandwich that tasted like an average kopie of kicherd fil a. my man had Zilantro-Kalbkarne asada and it was good. the potato soup was okay.
UPDATE: Chili’s should re-brand themselves as the Hit or Miss Chili experience. They used to make great Long Island Ice Teas… not anymore. It was more of a sweet and sour lemon tea. And the Brisket BBQ Burger, it was a burger with no BBQ sauce. And forget the coleslaw. How can you screw up coleslaw, well, easy breezy. Just take a look. Totally tasteless, ugh! What is happening here! —— Last time I had a Chili’s experience was on Long Island, 10 years ago. And it was terrible. This time around, the waitress at the bar, saved the night. Ordered a cheeseburger, how hard can that be? Well, someone forgot to tell the kitchen staff, the floor tiles are not for flipping burgers. After waiting over 45 minutes, what I received was a decomposed floor flattened, shoe-squeezed, burned to the ground burger with a piece of cheese slapped on. I was going to take a picture when the tray was taken from me. I guess my expression was priceless. Glad the waitress took the platter because the replacement burger was good! Actually, very good. Don’t know what was going on in that kitchen, but from other reviews, it’s a on going issue. On the upside: Two hours after I entered a fairly empty restaurant at 4.30, the wait line was out the door. And from what I see, they must make a great Long Island Ice Tea because the guy next to me had at least four!
