Mcdonald's - Clermont

The Mc Donald's on Hwy 50 in downtown Clermont was BAD. 1st the cashier DIDN'T REPEAT R ORDER back 2 us B4 we PD 4 it, she wasn't FRIENDLY at all, she DIDN't even SMILE. 2. the tables in the dining room were DIRTY n we had 2 questions someone 2 clean them. 3. The toilet door of women WOULDN'T close or stay closed, it was garbage overflowing in the toilet. 4th after eating the QUARTER POUNDERS we ended sick by the time when we came home n we live 15 miles outside the city limits so.... We'll never be in this MC DONALD's anymore. GOOD LUCK 2 EVERY1 ELSE that do.

Should have made my own food! Fries I couldn?t even eat and cheeseburgers I had to reheat!! At least the chicken nuggets were decent.

No matter what time of day it is...I love the staff. Always greeted and helpful with a smile. Food is always hot and delicious.

Based on McDonald?s corporate policies is the Store locations are to keep their ice cream machines open during normal business hours. Every time I arrive to the one in Clermont after 10 o?clock they are clearly lying to us that the machine has been turned off. This is the worst customer service I?ve ever experienced. I do not suggest using this restaurant. The one on Highway 50 east of 27 is a much better location.
