The customer service is terrible, the workers do not use gloves or hair bands, they walk around with loose hair to receive a 1-item meal, you wait more than 45 minutes and they still don't even serve you.

OMG 3/3/24 over an hour wait for a 4 pcs meals, which my 8 yr old daughter had to wait. i was told 15 mins, which turned out to be over an hour wait. after waiting an hour i was told that the pcs i wanted would be an additional 14mins. i would recommend eating at home. not worth the stress!!!!! : . new manager is extremely important at this is a prime local.

The slowest restaurant ever I see. Doesn't have fried wings,chicken ,shrimps. All things you order online, you will wait inside for an additional 30 min.

Waited 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru when there is only one person ahead of me and they never even took his order so I went inside just to wait another 15 minutes with one person in front of me absolutely unacceptable will never go here and I left I won't even eat here cuz it takes him that long and there's that many people working and they can't handle their service I don't even want to talk about the food cuz I won't try it. Very disappointed leaving hungry and upset after wasting a half an hour for nothing.

Customer service is seriously lacking. Did not appear to be anyone in charge. Almost every table in the dinning room was dirty. Drink station was a mess, no tea, no straws. Food took 15 plus minutes to get, They messed up my order. Food was ok. Will not come back to this location.
