Contribuisci feedbackI consistently have issues with my takeout orders, as they either forget something or make a mistake every single time. Unfortunately, they don’t offer refunds. The prices are also quite high for the quality of food they provide. I'm hoping they get it right this time.
The only downside to my dining experience was that I found bugs on my food, which made my family quite ill. Additionally, they also got my order wrong.
The food was good, but the staff could benefit from better customer service training. We received our food and drinks in a timely manner, but we had to wait nearly an hour for a drink refill. To get that refill, we had to ask another waiter to inform our waitress that we needed assistance. It’s worth noting that there were four waitstaff attending to only six tables.
The food was delicious! the 3 amigos plate. margaritas was delicious. service was very attentive! we're coming back!
I went here a few weeks ago w/ my folks overall, I'd say it was a pleasant experience. The staff was pretty courteous patient with us while we took our time figuring out what we wanted to eat. The interior is very spacious well decorated so that's a definite plus for me too. They also have a bar in the middle of the restaurant. As far as the food goes, it was pretty good. I settled on the fajita nachos myself. No complaints whatsoever I would definitely consider coming here again the next time I'm in Cleveland
