Big Boy - Cleveland

I was seated quickly, but after that, I waited without any drinks or service. The last straw was when the staff greeted the people who had just arrived. It seems like you have to know someone to get good service here.

The food is great and reasonably priced. My usual choice is the Big Boy burger. I ordered takeout this time, but the fries were cold when I got home, which meant I had to reheat them, though they were very busy. The staff was friendly and kind.

I entered the restaurant and waited at the front desk to pick up my order. After standing there for 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me, a woman got up from her table to pay her bill. Two minutes later, the staff came over to assist her, but then they immediately walked away from the front counter. I continued to wait for another 10 minutes, and still, no one came over to help me with my order or even say anything.

So they tell you on the phone 10 minutes to pick up your order and then you get there and you'll talk to 3 different people on the status of your order only to find out that it was never even placed and yet I stood in the lobby for 35 minutes and they didn't seem to care!!! my advice Is if they are rude to people paying their wages it's unacceptable...so spend your money elsewhere.

Experience was OK, but I thought the prices were higher than comparable places. No need to hurry back.
