Burger King - Cleveland

I waited for over 15 minutes after placing my order. During that time, a woman who had arrived in her car came and cut in front of me in line. Since I hadn't made my payment yet, I decided to leave the line. I didn't think it was fair to wait while someone else disrupted the order of the queue. In my opinion, she shouldn't have been allowed to cut in line.

This Burger King offers the best customer service of any fast food chain I’ve been to. The breakfast and dinner staff are consistently super sweet and friendly. I would rate them a perfect 10/10 for their friendliness. The food is always fresh, too!

I ordered a double chopper meal with a large shake, but the shake turned out to be small. The burger didn’t come with any salad or pickles. When I looked inside the bun, I found it was overloaded with mayo and had only a small piece of tomato. I inquired about the missing condiments, and the woman making the sandwiches snapped at me with a scowl, saying they were out of them. The service was terrible. Food rating: 1/5.

First, service incredibly slow, they give them the advantage, there might have been a lack of workers. Secondly, they don't know what a big fry is. half filled containers. Third, one of the sandwiches was wrong, and they had no taste. no wonder that burger king has disappeared from this opposite. went from ok to garbage....we will not protect this place, or any other burger king

I went to this place at about 10:00 p.m. all the lights were off. I drove around the drive-thru because I seen another car paying at the window but it looked like this place was closed. As I drove around the back there was about five or six employees out in the back smoking and hanging out obviously wanted to close early and not do any work.I hope the owner of this Burger King reads this and fires them all. This occurred August 9th 2022 whoever you had working on the night shift. I ordered two burgers a fry and a drink and because everybody was outside smoking and they left the one guy in the store to make the order it took 10 minutes. Why bother workin a job if you're not prepared to work your full shift this seems to be a common trend with Burger Kings and Taco bells.
