Chipotle Mexican Grill - Cleveland

Previously five stars to be when I was a door locker, but now they are always from something, closed early or online order (they find it when they arrive) honestly should only change this position into another restaurant at this point.

This place must be cleaned! the worst chipotle at all! stay away from this unlived place! the management must be fired!

Absolutely terrible. I went in and the place was a catastrophe. whoever did the line well called a to another employee b to get back to work while the line was waiting for a customer to add to fb. (very important)? she had to finally take my order and instead of helping my man who was right behind me, she asked the person behind him for his order that splits everything and confused all so that it helps even more. worker a was so incredibly rude for all employees and customers (except her friend in the line she added to social media lol) who worked calssier was very sweet and apologetic and was also confused by the actions of her colleague. we came home and opened our commands that were throwing together. almost literally. then we had to dig through our burrito and bowl to pick up all rocky crisp pinto beans. as soon as they came, the meal was decent, but let's be honest. after this experience not much to enjoy.

This is likely the worst Chipotle in Ohio. I used the app to order a burrito and bowl with the bright idea that I would have dinner with my partner while watching a movie when I got home. They had the order an hour in advance. The app took my money, but the order I picked up did not have the burrito and left half the ingredients out of the bowl. Oh, and they used steak instead of chicken. When I brought this up I was told I would have to contact the people I ordered it from.... I used the Chipotle app.Please safe yourself some grief and spend your money someplace worthwhile.

This is the absolute worst Chipotle in existence. They are consistently out of ingredients, unable to take orders, and pickup orders are almost always wrong. This hurts to say this I normally am a fan of Chipotle, but how a franchise is consistently out of core ingredients like chicken, steak, and vegetables is utterly astounding. Let alone burrito shells, seriously how is a burrito shop out of burritos all the time in business? Not to mention they are sporadically open only for online orders or cash only.
