Everything can be made vegan. Vegan desserts are also excellent. Owner is super friendly and always remembers us! He also makes specials for the vacation that are amazing.
This restaurant isn’t exclusively vegan since they offer meat dishes, but they do have a fantastic vegan menu with a variety of great options and desserts. I tried the Impossible meatless meatball sandwich, and it was delicious. The raw strawberry cheesecake was also a favorite of mine. This update is from the previous review on January 8, 2023.
We enjoyed the vegan tofu wrap and the roasted tofu sandwich. The parts were big. The vegetables were fresh. We ate on the grounds and observed a steady flow of take-out customers.
The service tends to be a bit slow, but the food is absolutely excellent and definitely worth the wait. They can prepare everything vegan, so there are plenty of options. Just keep in mind, it's not the best choice if you're in a hurry.
I appreciate that there is a place with numerous ugly vegan options in cleveland, where there is obviously no vegan place at any corner in the metro area. it also seems to be a little business, and I'm sure it was a fight during the pandemic, so I don't want to get it. but I can't imagine visiting this place again, unless I was a bit firm. first, it's all at the moment understandable, and their packaging is plentiful amounts of non-compostable styrofoam! and plastic – not understandable or even in this day and age, and not in agreement with the veggie ethic. secondly, I have to ask myself about the actual ingredients, how others have heard here. the basic aesthetic of the place is hard meat, but they will remain in fake meat on demand. while the menu asserts as of impossible meat substitute, that is clearly wrong, as the unmistakable taste of trader joes faux meatballs in my sub. that's just... well, kind of lying. there were also some accusations that I suspect had milk, although I can't say sure, although vegan was requested. third, an additional fee to literally advertise in some low cost meat replacement versions, at a place that advertises vegan friendliness, seems doubtful. I am happy to pay it if it really seems to cost an extra, but it makes little sense here. Finally, eating through each standard was not noticeable. definitiw not bad, but the meatball bottom could easily be simulated by placing tj’s, buying packed brot, marinara and the frozen faux meatballs and they put together. one expects a little more for 13, I feel like. and the much about pickel chips man, I wish I had not been looking for Google cards for this venture had zero taste of pickles – only the taste of deep fried brot – so I just don't get the high points. also here I do not want to offer a small business bashen that offers vegan options, and they certainly do not stop from offering them – that is to say 3 stars here – but the earth in their titles and the advertising vegan options, with several other sketchy aspekten, somehow sets itself for criticism.
