Golden Corral Buffet Grill - Cleveland

The workers are really nice and try to be helpful but it's only so much they can do especially if it's only a few of them. This place needs serious help and if they don't get it than I suggest they close. The plates were dirty you had to search for clean ones. The tables were dirty. The floors and let's not talk about the bathroom. We ended up leaving due to the bathroom. The food was just okay definitely not worth what I paid for for two kids and an adult was $40. I would not recommend this place.Parking: Free parking

The personal was really efficient and friendly. the ladies in the registers were fast and friendly, and the dame tended to our section was helpful, clean plates and refreshing drinks in a timely manner. eating was quite good for a buffet, although the pizza reminded me of the middle school pizza. there was quite noisy there as there is not much separation of sections, but it was not too bad overall.

The food was excellent, and the service was great as well. Despite the restaurant being crowded, the dishes remained fresh and satisfying. Overall, a fantastic experience. Food: 5/5.

This restaurant is definitely declining. They need to improve their cleanliness. It seems as though they’ve forgotten about the pandemic. The buffet should be regularly cleaned, and the dessert section is still unappealing. I won’t be returning, especially since my husband's shirt kept sticking to the booth we were sitting in. They need to do better before someone gets sick! All of those booths need a thorough wipe-down. Please take your responsibilities seriously and show a bit more care.

The prices here are reasonable for a meal. Most of the food was quite good, but some items were a bit frozen, and when we asked the person behind the counter to fix it, they chose not to. The vanilla ice cream didn't work either; when we mentioned it, the staff member didn’t respond well. It was frustrating, as nothing would come out when we tried to use it. Another downside was that there was no toilet paper, which was quite inconvenient. The highlight of our evening was definitely our waitress. She worked very hard and did an excellent job. She deserves more tips!
