Jimmy John's - Cleveland

Great quality sandwiches from this place. I always had my food delivered, and I didn't really have many problems. I felt that at times the delivery was a little slow, but it is because the people who deliver need to take out several different orders so that they can all do at once.

Appropriate prices, friendly staff. The sandwiches are good, although a slightly thinner sub-back would be nice. At the moment the meat and spice ratio to bread is not even, much too much bread.

Oh, my God. Cold sandwich. I ordered a veggie sandwich and everything I had were 2 bigggg rolls of cheese. So unhealthy. Why can't they put more vegetables and less cheese. Throw the big pieces of cheese and then eat. Probably not going back.

It seems that the owner of this franchise is no longer interested. That was one of my favorite places for lunch. The staff is about jokes and laughs with a number of customers behind me. The cash register was so tight with the others she had forgotten, she had a line of customers. Then your layer line to another employee screams about the side work at the end of the layer. I don't like the mood anymore...

If I could only give ZERO stars..I would. I walked in and there were about 8 employees sitting around (in the customer area) talking SO loud about their personal issues I couldn't even hear the gentlemen that was taking my order. One of the girls was screaming the F word left and right and another was talking about a nude text he got from a girl, completely inappropriate. I don't know who was managing but this seemed oddly normal considering no one stopped their conversation. I sat down and ate my sandwich and the conversations just continued on and on, it was very uncomfortable. Clearly the customer service here is not a priority, I won't be back.
