Contribuisci feedbackThis restaurant has made a remarkable turnaround in the past few months. The staff always looks professional, with hats on, shirts tucked in, and name tags displayed. Candice consistently makes my visits enjoyable when I go through the drive-thru. Barbara ensures her team stays busy keeping the store clean, both inside and out. Emily comes across as very efficient; it's clear she’s an excellent manager. Overall, great job, KFC!
It wasn't very busy, so we were served immediately. The service was quick. Food quality: 4/5.
This is the second time I've ordered a bucket of chicken, and I found it to be unseasoned. The breading was undercooked, causing it to fall off and create a mess. I initially thought my first experience was just a fluke, but after my second order, it's clear that they consistently struggle with making fried chicken.
I ordered a pot pie. It was big chunks of chicken. I had 4 carrots and lots of peas and 3 tiny potatoes. Just a little juice. Good taste and hot, but all chicken. I wanted some veggies. Was really upset.
KFC has went down hill. When we were young we could get food that tasted like food now it has a weird taste like cardboard. Not what it use to be at all.
