Krystal - Cleveland

I was here Jan 2, 2023. My Krystal Chiks were so soggy that my buns fell apart to the touch as I pulled them out of the box, it was as if they were left on a puddle of water. In fact the inside of the boxes were even damp! My mother's Krystal bun on her sandwich was hard as a rock it was so stale! We were traveling through Cleveland TN and we go to other Krystal's a lot, this was the worst one ever in our life! We had to chuck them out on the highway for the buzzards. It was mortifying. Will never be going back there!

3 stars because i do crave krystals from time to time and they have their good days. But i order the chik combo with 2 chiks and sprite and fries and even asked for one extra chik because ive been craving them. I had a very long day at work and it was late so i didn't double check the bag. I get home to then see they gave me someone elses order. And i mean its krystals... so my expectations are never really high. But when i pay for something that i have paid for and was craving i mist say im genuinely upset and very annoyed and im sure the other customer that got my order must also been upset and annoyed they didn't get what they ordered. And im pretty sure my order was more expensive then the one i was given which is even more annoying. Whats ironic is the man at the window even CONFIRMED my order before handing me the WRONG BAG. Anyway. I kind of want some kind of compensation. I was really wanting those chiks.

Krystal's is an older store that hasn't been updated since I was a kid so it doesn't look that good. It's open 24/7. The workers are kind, although they were kinda slow but it was 3am. The food was amazing.Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicap parking by the main entrance with a stereotypical concrete sidewalk ramp.

I'll give you at least 2 stars since the crystals that were fresh were actually amazing but at $15 for a sack of crystals I would really appreciate it if six out of my 12 crystals weren't stale with the consistency of a rock. That's completely disrespectful. I throw 50 lb sheets through a machine for 10 hours a day and you can't give me 12 fresh crystals. Thanks

I went by a few weeks ago going to grab a biscuit on the way to work. 8:30 Am. They had no biscuits. I went by today again on my way to work 5:30 am. They were not serving because they were changing over to breakfast. Probably my last trip there ever.
