Mcdonald's - Cleveland

If I could give it deeper, I would stare. they now have kiosks instead of a person who takes their order. they order on the kiosk then wait to pay if they do not use a credit card or debit card. they will not make it until they pay. they are all in the kitchen cooking and take care of the drive-thru. never go there again. food: 3/5

Some of these mcdonald’s it is as if the people just don’t care about eating other people, some of us have made the chicken bugs that are previously nice and crispy are now beautiful and cold, even if they tell them that they make fresh, I speak more about the cams corner that I think clark avenue is very nice but their food is very nice

It's been awhile since I've been in a McDonald's but this 24hr location is my new favorite haunt. I usually don't eat fast food much anymore, however, having the convenience of being able to get affordable food quick, at all times of the day, and have it ordered via kiosk and brought to your table too, is just magic to me. I even dropped my coffee by accident and they replaced it for free at this location. My Mars is in Taurus (Astrology talk) so these sorts of small details regarding food are important to me.

Theres a problem Every. Single. Time. We come here. I'm usually not one to complain but when it takes them 3 to 4 times of bringing me my food and me telling them it's wrong for them to get it right it's a little ridiculous. It's not like this is a one Time occurrence either, we do here at least once a week and they mess up every time. It's not like I'm ordering something special either, I'm ordering basic items off the menu, made the way they come and some how there's still a problem, I've worked at McDonald's before. I know its not that hard, so why is it so hard for this specific location????

Breakfast was normal McDonald's--decent. Mobile order was wrong--got sausage instead of bacon. Bathrooms were definitely dirty and it was 6am. Not cleaned from before.
