We waited managers who looked at us, but they only stopped the work drive thru, they don't tell us how someone will be with you shortly I mean they didn't even recognize us, so we went to the app thing inside, but we both had cash on us this morning! When we turned around, there was a guy behind the counter that filled cups, so we stood there for a few minutes, he finally ignored us asking if someone works the front he said here, I am. UGH Finally, we order 2 sausage mcgriddles one with cheese only, one with round egg only, 4 holiday cakes and a large cup of coffee with 5 cream and 6 splenda. Finally we get the food and then had to wait for about 3-4 minutes on the coffee. I have everything we leave, I take a straw bow from my coffee take a drink Oh yes can't wait!!! Take a sip then stir coffee again took another drink NO SWEETNER OMG is what I WAS REALLY WANTING A CUP of COFFEE!!! ON ALL NOT A GOOS START DIES MORNING!!! I
The service was a little slow, but they are probably underused like everyone else. The staff were very friendly and kept me updated about my food soon and they moved as soon as possible. Food was hot, drinks were cold, all right. I wish they weren't from one thing I ordered, but they do everything they can. I guess they showed up and did everything they could to get food out of their ass.
Can this drive be slower? I'll remember not coming here. Literally for 45 minutes no exaggeration. God. I would have gone if I hadn't already placed a mobile order.
He waited 15 minutes. ordered ice cream and then another 15 minutes and had not yet received it and were stuck behind 4 more cars. I went out and was wasted for 30 minutes. I would suggest getting more employees to keep the demand.
Went in register didn't work.. and who wants to touch the Kisco with covid and monkey pox... I just left for the drive thru was around the building at 2pm
