Moe's Southwest Grill - Cleveland

When this Mexican almost food came into the city, we were first delighted and tried it immediately. the first visit was really good, so we went back. the second visit was ok, but not as good as before, but we gave him another shot. eating was cold and the service was terrible. after a few years break, my man decided that he wanted to eat now and wanted mexican so that we decided to try again. big mistake. nothing has changed. the workers were unfriendly and unmotivated could hardly disturb to speak and only to the food bins expected that I know what their recording and staring at me meant. there were three young people who worked the counter and not one of them was able to smile or greet anything. they used to have an salsa bar with several different types. the bowls at the bar were completely empty and when I and another person asked that they be refilled, one of the workers brought out six condiment containers with salsa and torn them into a bowl. my eating was cold, but it wasn't important because I hadn't eaten much of that in it, was rough gummy and brown. the queen of my man used forever. they give chips with every meal that is nothing special, seem like a bag from the food business. but again no salsa! even if there were only three tables with people on them (they did a lot of take-out), they could still not make it possible to find a minute to refill the salsa bowls and only a few more contingent containers. do not have to go there no matter how hungry they are and how much they are Mexican.

Only open to patients who are admitted to the hospital. no walk-ins.

Waited forever to get wrong order. Even after waiting another 10 minutes, got cold food that still wasn't what we ordered. Got 2 stars because they gave us free deserts for the delays.

They always have friendly staff and their food is so good. I always eat their for lunch at work.
