Panera Bread - Cleveland

I ordered a bagel personally I asked for Reg-Creme cheese I got cut and swirl I called the facility talking to the person who called me was for me to save my bagel until the next day and brought him back because he gave me no reception. I then told him not to work for me, he suggested that I just come next day and he would personally replace my order. I come the next day (I wanted to come independently because I had the same eating every day) and guess what he wasn't in the register, I described him to his employees very unique man they stared at me as if they didn't know what I could possibly talk about. the casser then goes to say that I can't refund her for an order on the basis of a description of a kassier my answer was not about a refund I asked if this worker was there. long story short I ordered my order again (b/c I had to work not have time to argue) and this time the bagel burned I am very unpleasant and as I said I have the same all day, I had never had a problem until yesterday. not to mention that the journey was closed by short staff so that they knew who the cash was, but would not say understandable, but still messed up because I spent my money and did not get what I paid.

The cash register was very pleasant and has made amazing work with my order. also the food was delicious. very beautiful location

Who doesn't love brot? sociopaths, that's who! especially panera bagels. I mean people, they are amazeballs! get them with the program bruh, take them an asiago cheese bagel with Veggie cream cheese and sit on the terrace already. Sure, the staff can be discontinued somehow and not exactly acceptable sometimes, but we have expected this at most panera’s. they are by no means rude, but often confused and difficult to get the attention. we have the sip club membership, so we see many stands. it is a common thema. this location is super clean, has a beautiful layout, accessible parking and a fantastic terrace. in total we give this place a thumb up. speed is consistently a problem, although and often need dinge, which in stock....from nothing crazy! they enjoy the brot and spread the love. - the advanturing duo

Every Sunday I have panera bread.9 times from 10 the amount of chicken salad on my sandwich is laughable. for the price should cover at least the half of the sandwich. it's really annoying that I have to come almost every time to have adapted, but I give five stars because eating is good and the manager bella makes a fantastic work to make the dinge right. I will eat every week, only please tell the workers to be more realistic with portions.

Ordered chicken salad sandwiches and it was more bread than anything. So stingy on the chicken. Overpriced
