Panera Bread - Cleveland

Don't bother going to this Panera, the staff don't want to be there let alone make your order. I got a turkey avocado BLT. They left off the bacon. Just like they've forgotten something on nearly every meal I've purchased here. I'm done. I can understand an honest mistake but this is a pattern. If I'm paying $14+ for a sandwich there's no excuse not to get it right 98% of the time. Oh and the place didn't even look open (all the exterior lights were off) but I checked the website and they still had an hour left.

The food is great, the service is great. My only complaint is every time I sit down to eat, I have a hard time finding a clean table, and there’s plenty of staff there. I work in the restaurant industry and I know things can get REALLY hectic, but c’mon! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
