Pizza Hut - Cleveland

I would give this place zero stars. They kept us waiting for our order for 2 hours, despite initially promising a 30-minute delivery time. No one is answering the phone, making it impossible to cancel our order. The staff is rude and keeps hanging up on us. I'm absolutely furious! I can't believe anyone would consider this place good. I would strongly advise against ordering here – you might end up starving before they ever deliver!

I have no patience for this situation. The customer service center is an absolute mess. How are all these employees still employed? They never answer the phone, and when they do, it's unprofessional and rude. I don't want an automated response; I want to speak to a real person. I can't believe this establishment is still operating. I expect to receive the tips and meals I've paid for, and there's simply no justification for this service. On top of that, I've noticed that their staff doesn't wear gloves when handling food. Now, it looks like I'll be going hungry tonight.

This was the worst experience I've had at a restaurant. There were two employees just standing around doing nothing. I ordered a personal pan pizza at 8:30, and by 9:06, I was still waiting for it. The manager was there but didn't take any action. The staff were young, immature, and unprofessional. I even told a rude young man that I would contact corporate, but he didn’t seem to care. I can't recommend this place at all. They need to take their work seriously, and the owner really needs to step up and manage better. This location feels like it’s run by kids, especially in the evening. I would not recommend dining here in the city center.

Had me hold for 45min lot on the handy and never my or have small children here at the time

As with the other reviews, this experience was terrible. I was quoted 45 minutes for a half mile delivery which is fine. They do not have delivery drivers so they order a door dash driver to deliver. Took 2 hours to finally receive my food and it was near inedible. All the food was cold, the pizza was burned, and the cinnamon rolls were almost completely raw. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else.
