Staff was very attentive. However, food was served cool.
It was a real nice brunch. The food was vey good. The only suggesting I would have would to explain things a little better on the menu. It seemed that the same questions we had, others had too. Beautiful view.
I absolutely adore Provenance and make sure to dine here at least once a month. The cuisine is creative, fresh, expertly crafted, and beautifully presented. Occasionally, I bring along a vegetarian guest under the age of 18 and it would be great to have a simpler dish option for them. I'm not necessarily asking for a children's menu, just a less adventurous choice, such as a delicious mac and cheese. Other than that, I absolutely love this place!
You can never go wrong with a restaurant from Doug Katz. Provenance is just as excellent, innovative, and cozy as Fire, but with the added bonus of being conveniently located near great art for a before or after meal experience. My wife enjoyed a delicious steak, served with pureed parsnip and roasted brussels sprouts. I typically opt for one of the vegetarian dishes, which never disappoint. This time, I had stuffed cabbage in a savory tomato sauce, roasted mushrooms, and a perfectly fried egg on top - a harmonious combination. My burrata salad came with roasted spring onions, squash, and even a hint of pork. The menu is always a surprise, but you can count on every dish being expertly prepared.
