Seti's is hands down on the list of things to try in Cleveland! They have been around for quite some time now, as I remember seeing it on the Food Network
Better than expected. After I saw seti on the food network, I expected I would find seti well, but not as good as michael symon turned it out. let me begin by saying that I had other Polish youngs traveling to cleveland and had not found them. So, that said I made the way to seti and ordered what as the best Polish young in cleveland or the best like the woman who waited for me called when I ordered. it is a grilled whole bark hotdog, which is grilled, then deep roasted. it is with swept, a handful of fries and the whole thing then gets a healthy dose of bar b que soße to complete it. other Polish youngs did not seem very good to meet, but all the components of the best fit well and balanced one another. the quality of the bark dog was very good, although strangely missing the snap expected from a deep fried dog. the claw was very good to add a creamy and cool mix to the sandwich. the frits added mass, taste and absorbs only the correct amount of soak. the only things I could give seti are that the amount of shiny was too small. as soon as the fries were bleached on the dog, it was obvious that a very light esspoon was all that was on the dog. also the fries were of frozen sorts and fresh would be better. I would go back to seti. probably, especially if I have my two sons with me, so they can taste this deliciously creepy sandwich. michael symon picked up well.
First line a serious question of a stranger. How do you eat a polier boy? is there a technique to bring this ding into my mouth? this is a monster of a meal. I first ate the fries and then the sausage packed. I also tried a chili dog who seriously has some of the best chili I had everywhere. solid meal.
