Sometimes they make good and sometimes soso depends on employee who is preparing bcs it keep changing.
The tuna salad was very good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
I recently visited this Subway and ordered two BMT sandwiches along with three macadamia nut cookies. One employee made my sandwich while another prepared my friend's. The employee who made my sandwich seemed unsure about how to prepare it and kept asking me for clarification. When I got home, I discovered that my cookies were chocolate chip instead of macadamia nut. I called to complain, but now I have to go back and spend gas money for three cookies. I've attached pictures of both sandwiches; mine looks quite sparse, just meat with minimal toppings.
Your staff needs to be trained on what is legal and what is illegal. It IS ILLEGAL to refuse a disabled person with a LICENSED GUIDE DOG AND PAPERS that. Asking her friend to order for her and for her to go outside??? SERIOUSLY. Be very very thankful that the individual is not interested in money but rather education. You would be facing a HEFTY lawsuit and YOU WOULD HAVE LOST. All you offered was a free sandwich? That is low and shows your business ethics.
