Subway - Cleveland

The staff here is very attentive and focused on service. I really wish I had taken a picture of the club sandwich with roast beef and turkey I ordered—it was fresh and delicious. This was my first visit, and I appreciated the little tables available for dining in.

I visit this restaurant every week for lunch during my work break. It’s always clean and the staff is friendly. The food is consistently fresh! I’d like to give a shout-out to the young woman who was working alone today—she had a great attitude and was incredibly efficient. She truly deserves recognition for her hard work.

Very clean but weird entry into parking lot according to Google. Used my subway email and scanned 20% off of the new Cali turkey. Yummy!

INITIAL REVIEW: We ordered two subs online 7/19/20 for us. They messed up several ingredients on both subs! I tried calling the store with no luck. My complaint was sent to Subway online Quality customer service should include offering replacement of both sandwiches at no charge. UPDATE: Tracy is the current manager. She responded and sincerely apologized. She has brand new staff that needed more training, but she needed the weekend off for family and training was briefly delayed. She also explained that their phone network has been experiencing problems, so she called me from her cell. She issued a gift card to make amends. Her own customer service skills are exceptional.
