Angie's Soul Cafe - Cleveland

There was one part of my order missing . It was on my part not checking the bag before I left not on them.

The food was awful there was no cheese in the macaroni and cheese. I brown hard noodles, they didn't have a side salad, no one offered me anything else so I had to ask what do I get in place of this. I end up getting the potato salad which was overwhelmed with pickles not good. The chicken was hard the fish was overcooked. The best thing I can say is the cornbread was just okay. Service? What service? I had to stick my head behind the counter and say hello because there was no one there to greet me and when they did it was horrible! Would not go back!

Exceptional, Real Homemade, Soul Food That Reminds Me of South Carolina Soul Cuisine I ate before Integration... (I did buy two slices of that sweet potato pie; however, I left it there by mistake ?. I'm sure that it was exceptional as well... I'm addicted to this place

Was not a fan. Service was not that great. Took over an hour to get our food. Some of the food was cold. Taste like any other soul food restaurant.

The service was very good. The food was NOT! The oxtail dinner and smothered pork chops were so salty that we couldn't eat the dinners! It was a huge disappointment and a waste of money!! We're not happy.
