I called the store to see if they would bring me another burrito, girl argued said they’d lose money and to call DoorDash. Told me I didn’t type the right way making the employee who made it confused. Food tasted old, lost half my queso picking the toppings off. Asked if I could just have them give me a free burrito and I would pick it up, girl had to call her general manager. Finally got it okayed and she told next time to type it a different way. I’ve worked in food for years, one thing I don’t like is arguing with a customer who clearly ordered it correctly. Disappointed because my food is normally pretty good, won’t be back after this type of customer service.
Great burrito bar, staff is always friendly, not as spicy as the competition, so for me it is easier on my stomach. I highly recommend them, especially if you are not into a lot of spice or have no gallbladder.
I'm not sure if the curbside pickup is worth it. It's quicker to walk in and order if you don't have any mobility limitations. If you get curbside you will have to wait until they take care of the walk-ins it seems. I will be back because the food is good. Wheelchair accessibility: It's accessible from the curb, but someone may have to open the door for you.
Great burritos and a discount for first responders... awesome
The food use to amazing(for American fast food) bit lately it's been OK. I usually get the Angus beef bowl and it was great. From the tender Angus to the creamy queso and flavor packed salsas, they were a flavor bomb! Unfortunately, we didn't get our usual experience the last few times we've gone though. The food is still better than taco bell but not what it use to be. The Angus doesn't have the flavor, the queso is a level or 2 thicker than water and the salsa... taste like tomatoes. Those things don't make it horrible, just not what we've had the past few years. I really don't like writing subpar reviews. They're usually 5 star or warning others of something bad. This isn't either one of those but I'm afraid we'll be looking for a new place to have americanized burritos. To be fair, their burritos are HUGE! Still are but our family loves flavor over quantity and I've heard a couple friends express the same complaints about Dos Bros. Like everything else, they've changed the way they make what they offer. That's OK for some, just not us. Just to add about service- it's either great or the employees seem to hate their jobs. That's never had any effect on whether I'd visit or but figured I'd mention it. The atmosphere is clean and bright. It's comfortable enough to eat a burrito but not someplace you'd meet someone to catch up.
