Eliot's - Cleveland

So we visited Elliott’s bar because we were in the Cleveland hotel Hilton. I’d say if you’re going here for a drink, it’s probably fine but you’re getting food be prepared for not so good table service, and questionable food. I wish I had better things to say but hopefully they can get better staff. It may make the experience a little better.

Waitress was great. They are cashless. Never go back.

The wine was delicious. Ordered soup and sent it back as it was cold. Ordered pizza and did not eat it. There was a ton of raw flower on the bottom of it some slices didn't even have any cheese. Our waitress never came back to refresh our drinks and we had to ask her to do so nor did she check up on us after we got our food. We mentioned to her that we were dissatisfied with our pizza she stated she would need to tell the manager and we asked to speak with him. The waitress came back and said the manager took the pizzas off. We found it rude the manager did not come out himself so we asked her again to please have him come to our table and he finally did. I was expecting a finer dining experience from a Hilton.

All of the food is overpriced. The worst calamari I’ve had possibly ever. It was hard and inedible. This made my stomach upset for the rest of our meal.

Love their cocktail selection, I got the pomegranate punch! I got the BBQ wings which I enjoyed. Decently priced menu for both food and drinks, will be back for sure!
