Fusion Central - Cleveland

This restaurant is very cozy and has a nice vibe. Our server was very polite and attentive even though we arrived during what seem to be a dinner time rush. The FOOD was delicious!!! The beef sticks were delicious we only ordered a couple and I wished I had ordered more. The Pho was flavorful and came with all of the fixings. The papaya salad was fresh—-everything was fresh and tasty. We will definitely be going back again!

The people who work here are so nice! I wish I didn't move so shortly after coming here. The pho was amazing!

This place is my go to for beef sticks and Pho (Kathew). You won’t be disappointed!

Having moved to the Westside, I'm farther away from Asiatown, so I'm glad to have found an amazing spot for pho!The broth came smoking hot, which I love, since pho will be my go-to during Cleveland winters and rainy days. The flavor was quite rich, with just a hint of sweetness. I gladly finished my whole bowl, with not a drop to waste.The vibe in the shop had little details that made it feel authentic-hole-in-the-wall , from the overly ornate nature painting that feels classic Asian-restaurant, the offerings of Sriracha that isn't your mainstream Huy Fong Sriracha, and the little flags across the ceiling. Even the chili oil came in the original can, and I felt like I was at someone's home being offered some fantastic food!

I was in the area and wanted to try some place new. Fusian Central did not disappoint. Excellent food. Highly recommend.
