Cute atmosphere but as my first time here I got a strawberry milk tea that I’ve had other places and know I like . I tried it at this place at it was disgusting, more sour than anything and tangy than sweet with a strawberry flavor.I stated i didn’t like it and kindly asked if i could have something else since it’s already been paid for to be told no you cannot unless you pay for another drink and we don’t do refundsI asked what kind of policy is that to be asked “what’s a policy?” Clearly something this store does not have . And was then antagonized by her saying “someone’s not happy today”

I'm in here at least 3x/week, sometimes 4. They know my order and start making it when I walk in. There's a wide variety of drinks treats, and their boba is the best in the city--pillowy soft and just the right amount of chew. I love the welcome I get when I enter.

Extremely rude service. Keep rushing me to make the order. Plus if you close at 8, don't ask your customers to leave soon at 7:45 because you want to clean up. If you want to go home on time, put your store hour closing at 7:30. Won't come back. Gonna go to mango mango. Better service with more quality bubble and desert.

This is a cute spot on Coventry that serves fruit teas, milk teas and pastries. There are a lot of options and if you have a certain flavor preference there are different options like smoothies, different toppings and even cheese foam (it's more like a creamy topping like a cold foam than actual cheese).I ended up ordering a passionfruit fruit tea with boba. The tea was delicious and the boba was the perfect texture for me. My friend ordered a mango drink and accidently ordered boba instead of the popping pearls they prefer, but they still enjoyed the tea.We sat at one of the table by the window and caught up for a bit and it was a perfect setting. It wasn't too loud and the staff were really nice. There is also free parking up the street, just a short walk away.Next time, I would try something new and probably order some of their baked goods, they looks delicious.

I had the brownie with almonds an chocolate mousse cake, it was excellent.
