Went in there to buy a sub sandwich bought my subset down and eat and the cashier side you only can sit here 20 minutes you can't sit here no longer than 20 minutes how dare you tell me how long I have to sit here to eat my food or it's a time limit on how what time I can eat my food very rude and unprofessional I will never go there again sitting there just observing the atmosphere the place was very dirty the bathroom smell like urine they have no water you have to get water from the faucet it's just was terrible like terrible terrible service

Employees were rushing throwing toppings all over as my sandwich wasn’t important. Didn’t appreciate the service

Be aware: the current $6.99 reopening deal does not apply to ANY footlong like the sign says. Very small amounts of veggies are put on the sandwich as they appear to be stingy with ingredients. Also does not accept gift cards or subway promotions/

Old man with glasses who I talked to I’m guessing is the owner but he was rude. I picked up an online order and I came like 20 mins later than I put as the pick up time and he commented that I was a little late picking up my order? And also I gave my name a couple of times and what I ordered but he kept saying that’s it wasn’t the right name, and just all these questions like he was kinda being racist towards me but I’m a paying customer. The conclusion was that the wrong ticket was attached to the order (illiterate much. I would rather go further up mayfield for subway(I only went for a promo.
