The Boujie Bakery - Cleveland Heights

I love the cupcakes and milkshakes. Good customer service. I took off two stars because the owner is not consistent with her business hours and she needs to update them. There has been quite a few times I drove by including yesterday and despite saying she is open until 8pm, the place will already be closed and it will be 1-3 hours prior to closing time. Frustrating and not a good look. I live close, but there are people who drive from much farther away only to find you aren't even open. Please adjust your hours if you do not have the staff or inventory.

Had an amazing experience, staff was so polite and clean! I enjoyed the green tea cupcakes and cream brûlée and strawberry flavors! The cupcakes are to die for so moist and flavorful! I love coming when I’m in town!

Ok first off I’m going to start off by saying they need to UPDATE their business hours! I drove 6 miles to come to this bakery, because this was the ONLY bakery I found that was open on a Sunday! I called before I left home and it was a recording, no option to speak with someone ? (red flag)But i took a chance anyway to get there for the building to be dark and closed. I was PISSSSED! Gas cost too much to be taking unnecessary trips!Oh did I mention I’m 6 months pregnant with twins, YOU DO NOTTTT come in between a pregnant woman and her cravings!!!! I woke up craving a bakery cupcake and my friend suggested this place!Point of review: ENSURE they are open before you take the drive!!S/n my friend MELODY sent me to a bakery further up mayfield that was open and the cupcakes were DELICIOUS! Me and me twins were happy ?

Closed? I think they 're open and hopefully operational by now. I almost lived next door and I 've been there dozens of times and they 've Never ever been open. It always looks promising but one post says there 's a hair in the cheesecake. I think the girl owner may not have to pay rent, makes her own rules and only cooks when she 's in the mood or not in jail maybe I don 't know.

The first time I came to this bakery the cashier complained to me about being treated poorly by the owner and stated he was going to quit that day. This should’ve been my warning. I came back to the bakery to get treats for a birthday and ended up canceling half of my order due to poor/rude communication. I still got a cupcake because I wanted to do something nice for the birthday girl. Unfortunately she didn’t even like the cupcake. She said it was dry and flavorless. Which is something my boyfriend warned me about when I mentioned the bakery to him. Cute picture but bad products which is unfortunate.
