The Haunted House - Cleveland Heights

Our bill after tip was over $200. Every food we ordered from apps to dinner, was gross. Nashville shrimp, cheesesticks, Mexican corn (frozen ears of corn), 3 different waffle entrees, burger. The alcoholic drinks tasted like there was nothing in them and weren't good either. Our waiter was awesome. Very nice and attentive. Not one character walked around during the 90 minutes we were there.

The service and the atmosphere were great! our server knew we were unhappy and tried to satisfy us. but eating was terrible. my man had the lambcocks with brokkoli and kartoffeln. the brokkoli was cold, the second part we were given was drowned in salt. for starters we had the Mac box rolling. the noodles were cold and the roll was fried away too hard. but our drinks were good. I say it's worth not just because of the food.

I came there for my daughter 16. bday with her friends when I tried to make reservations, the email on the phone line is wrong so that I ended after the call and speak to the owner and he got my party of 8 in so I was very grateful for that when we got there to get nothing more than I expected that the receptorist said someone back on my books 8

It was a fun time. we reserved a table of 8:30 clock and wanted to sit for 20 minutes. eating was a bit expensive, but really good. the entertainment was funny. they even had some scary films for some prizes.

My reservation was for 8:15 I was not set to 10 after 9 then it took forever to get water on our table, our apps were burned to a crack and our drink came like 10 minutes before we were to leave 80$ for 2 burger and fries lmao . it was a drop
