Great Wave Sushi - Cliff Island

I could eat Great Wave any day of the week. Alex the chef is truly impressive and so friendly. He works so hard and that work shines through with delicious food. The sushi burger never disappoints and the spicy tuna rice bowl hit the spot. We also tried the tuna sashimi for the first time last night and it was perfect. The portions are big and his creations are innovative without being overly played out fusion.

Amazing sushi! Really fresh and beautifully crafted. Alex went out of his way to accommodate our needs great experience! He’s at Hardshore Distilling every Friday. Definitely worth checking out!

Unprepared for the time he was serving, which he has done consistently. Three stars because it looks good Maine ingredients. Certainly better than mr tuna.

Do you like sushi? Do you hate sushi? Honestly doesn’t matter. Check out this place for excellent food and even better service. Alex was fantastic in both his friendliness and suggestions. Will definitely be back here asap.
