Mirak - Cliffside Park

Everything was extremely fresh and well packed. Honestly worth every cent in my opinion. Its hard to find local sushi spots with fish this fresh. Try the Spicy Salmon roll or choose it with your platter. They dont blend it with filler like Tempura/Panko flakes. This is the real deal. They cut perfect sized small chunks of fresh salmon and use scallion and a really tasty hot pepper. I think they even use a touch of sesame oil. Its was outstanding. If I could afford to eat this daily, I would.

This is the second time I apos;ve ordered from Mirak. This time I ordered the regular sushi with one special roll, plus ikura tamago. The food is fine, a bit pricey, but it would be helpful if a packet of soy sauce chop sticks were included along with a menu.

Ordered here pretty regularly since it opened but the price increase is ridiculous, wont order until it drops back down
