Dos Hombres Mexican Restaurant

I have been ordering at Dos Hombres for twenty some years and tonight I had the absolute worst meal ever, sad to say. I ordered three items for take out over the phone and when I arrived one of those items was missing so I had to wait for it to be prepared. I had ordered a deli tostada and it was swimming in grease. The “crispy” flour tortilla was a soggy, disgusting mess. I was unable to finish and for desert I had to take a handful of Tums to combat the instant heartburn. The other items ordered were not near as bad, but were certainly substandard from what we had come to love and expect from Dos Hombres.

Have eaten here many times. Always satisfying. Last night I ordered Carne asada. Worst cut and cooked piece of beef I've ever seen or tasted. Waitress noticed I hadn't eaten it and asked if I wanted a box. No thanks. You can throw it away here. Worst food I've seen come out of this restaurant. Highly disappointing. Honestly there was nothing wrong with the food, but the Chips and salsa left something to be desired. Not a fan. Although I will say the green chili was great. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
